How to request deletion

1. Email support@partyheist.com with the subject "Delete my Party Heist account".
2. Include the mobile number registered with your account.
3. We will confirm the request with a one-time password sent to that number, to make sure it is really you.
4. Your account will be deleted within 30 days and we will email you once it is done.

What gets deleted

• Your profile: name, mobile number and email address
• Saved addresses, saved venues and saved events
• Notification preferences and app settings
• Support conversations linked to your account

What we keep, and for how long

• Invoices and transaction records for completed orders, which Indian tax law requires us to keep, usually up to 8 years.
• Records of an active booking or open dispute, until it is completed or resolved.

Anything we keep is limited to what the law requires and is not used for marketing.
