Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the Party Heist mobile apps, web app and website (the "Services"), operated by Thrilok Innovations Private Limited (CIN U56100TS2025PTC203815), Hyderabad, India ("Party Heist", "we", "us"). By using the Services you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Who can use the Services

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract under Indian law. You are responsible for keeping your account and the device linked to your mobile number secure, and for all activity on your account.

2. What we provide

Party Heist helps you plan and book events, including venues, catering, bulk food, meal boxes, decor and entertainment, currently within about 50 km of Hyderabad. Some services are delivered by our partner businesses. We coordinate your booking and act as your point of contact, but each partner remains responsible for the quality and safety of the service it delivers.

3. Bookings and pricing

  • Prices, inclusions and applicable taxes are shown before you confirm a booking. A booking is confirmed when you receive a confirmation in the app, by SMS or by email.
  • Food orders need at least 18 hours' notice before the event or delivery time.
  • Events with more than 500 guests are handled as corporate or large-event enquiries and priced by a custom quotation.
  • Guest counts, menus and dates may need to be finalised by a deadline shown at booking. Changes after that deadline may not be possible or may cost extra.
  • Venue and partner availability can change until a booking is confirmed.
  • Offers and discounts are subject to their own stated conditions and may be withdrawn at any time.

4. Payments

All bookings on Party Heist are prepaid: you pay the full amount shown at checkout to confirm a booking. Payments can be made through the methods offered in the app, such as UPI, cards and net banking, and are processed by regulated third-party payment providers. Corporate and large-event (500+ guests) bookings follow the payment schedule in the quotation we send you.

5. Cancellations and refunds

The cancellation terms for each booking, including any deadlines and charges, are shown before you confirm and in your booking details. Where a refund is due, it will be made to the original payment method, normally within 7–10 working days of approval. If we or a partner cannot deliver a confirmed booking, we will offer a suitable alternative or a full refund of the amount paid for that service.

6. Your responsibilities

  • Give accurate event details, addresses and guest counts.
  • Follow the rules of the venue you book, including timings, sound limits and local laws.
  • Do not misuse the Services, interfere with their operation, or use them for any unlawful purpose.
  • Treat our staff and partners with respect. We may cancel bookings or suspend accounts for abusive or unlawful behaviour.

7. Food and allergies

Please tell us about allergies or dietary requirements when booking. Partners prepare food in kitchens that may handle common allergens, so we cannot guarantee any dish is allergen-free.

8. Intellectual property

The Party Heist name, logo, app and website content belong to Thrilok Innovations Private Limited or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for events beyond our reasonable control such as extreme weather, government orders or venue closures. Our total liability for any booking is limited to the amount you paid for that booking. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

10. Changes and termination

We may update these Terms from time to time and will post the new version here. You can stop using the Services and delete your account at any time.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Hyderabad, Telangana will have jurisdiction, without affecting your right to approach a consumer commission.
